This North Park bungalow had great “bones”, but needed to be redesigned in order to get it market ready. We anchored the furniture with a area rug and brought in a metal tray coffee table. It keep the space open and reflective of the home. Less is more when dressing your home to sell, creating visual space. A potential buyer needs to be able to visualize living in the home.
