Prior to staging this living room the two small chairs were too sparse for the space. Since this is the room you see first see when you open the front door, we wanted to capture the attention of a potential buyer. We switched the two chairs for this leather sofa from the family room. Bringing in color and texture with pillows to warm the leather ties into the art in the opposing dining room. Art with similar shades of color pulls a space together. Client did not have a coffee table so we used the ottoman with a tray arrangement.
